CrossFit requires hard work and mental toughness in order to push yourself to the next level, this element naturally transitions into sports where mental focus and preparedness are key to winning.

Physically CrossFit can help an athlete prepare for any sport because a variety of moves are used to condition the body to be stronger, faster and more coordinated.

Workouts are structured to start with a warm-up, skill training and then a WOD (workout of the day).
